Kryoman -- the popular club music icon who dances on stage in an electronic suit -- claims another act has stolen his trademark outfit ... and he's filed a new lawsuit to establish giant lighted robot supremacy!
According to a lawsuit filed this week in Florida, Andrew Moore began performing in the Kryoman in 2005. He claims he copyrighted the suit -- which is described in the lawsuit as being "9 feet tall, covered in color-changing lights, wielding a gun in each hand."
Moore claims he built up quite a reputation as Kryoman, performing with the likes of David Guetta, the Black Eyed Peas and Nicki Minaj.
According to the lawsuit, Moore claims Dayglow -- a company that stages electronic music parties all over the world -- approached him about appearing at one of their shows in Miami. Moore says he declined.
Moore claims Dayglow than did "nothing more than construct a replica of the Kryoman suit" and began using it at their shows (see below, taken from a video shot from a video in July).
Moore is suing for copyright infringement and is asking for damages -- plus $30,000 per violation if the court feels Dayglow did it by accident ... and $150,000 if they feel Dayglow "willfully infringed Moore's copyright."
Calls to Dayglow were not returned.

A real-life parapsychologist and his producing partner claim they turned pale as a ghost when the Syfy channel began airing the show "Ghost Hunters" -- because they say they pitched the idea to the channel years earlier.
Larry Montz and Daena Smoller claim in a lawsuit they filed against NBC Universal -- which owns Syfy -- they hatched the idea for a show about paranormal investigators way back in 1981 and registered their treatment with the Writers Guild and the U.S. Copyright Office.
Montz and Smoller say their idea centered around a team investigating paranormal cases. They claim they pitched the concept to NBC repeatedly, between 1996-2001 ... but were ultimately shot down.
Alas, Montz and Smoller claim the network then went to an outside production company, Pilgrim Films & Television Inc. -- also a defendant in the lawsuit -- and developed "Ghost Hunters" by ripping off their idea ... and it eventually premiered in 2004.
The suit has bounced around courts for the past few years, with the U.S. Supreme Court denying an appeal by NBC just a few months ago ... allowing Montz and Smoller to re-file.
We made calls to NBC and Pilgrim. So far, no word back.

Rihanna unloaded on the editor of a popular Dutch magazine this week -- furious over an article that referred to her as a "N**gaB*tch."
In the original article that ran in "Jackie" magazine -- editor Eva Hoeke approved copy that read, "Rihanna, the good girl gone bad, is the ultimate n**gab*tch and displays that gladly."
Rihanna was PISSED -- and responded with a Twitter message to Hoeke which read, "I hope u can read english, because your magazine is a poor representation of the evolution of human rights!"
She added, "I find you disrespectful, and rather desperate!! You ran out of legit, civilized information to print! There are 1000's of Dutch girls who would love to be recognized for their contributions to your country, you could have given them an article. Instead, u paid to print one degrading an entire race!"
Hoeke has since resigned from her position -- and the magazine says she has been "taunted and threatened" after referring to the slur as a "joke" in what's being considered a half-assed apology.
The magazine has invited Rihanna to talk things out with them for an article in the next issue. Don't hold your breath, Jackie.

Charles Kernaghan -- the head of the Institute for Global Labor and Human Rights -- called in to "TMZ Live" today and said because he's been investigating factories in China for years ... he feels comfortable ASSUMING the place is a sweat shop.
As we previously reported, the Kardashian family and the people connected with the clothing lines are adamant -- they have been taking measures against child labor for a while and are extremely confident no human rights violations have occurred.

Now, Howard has filed a new declaration in L.A. County Superior Court -- claiming Michelle inexplicably turned from a "loving, gentle" person ... into a monster ... who once threatened to have him killed by some violent Russians.
In the docs, Howard notes Michelle is NOT black -- and claims that when she would get upset, she would scream things like, "[I] never wanted to marry a n**ger in the first place" and "[I] definitely didn't want to be the step mother of some n**ger kids."
As TMZ first reported, Howard claims Michelle is trying to extort him over private recordings she allegedly stole from his personal computer -- and in the new docs, T.H. alleges his wife threatened to have him "clipped" if he went to police.
Howard says his wife once bragged, "I have a lot of Russian friends who would do it as a favor."
Howard also claims Michelle has jealousy issues -- and TWICE attacked him with a bottle after accusing Howard of talking with other women. Howard claims he never struck back.
Terrence has asked the court to issue a restraining order against Michelle. A hearing is set for January 17.

No word on what it sold for ... but as we previously reported, bids for the background music alone -- an original, unreleased Tupac track -- had reached $1,000,000.

His 2011 has included arrests for domestic violence and drug possession (on a night that included a massive car wreck) so it's only fitting Gary Dourdan end the year with a foreclosure hanging over his head ... this according to documents obtained by TMZ.
According to docs filed back in September, Dourdan defaulted on his mortgage after he missed a payment due on July 1. The docs say Dourdan owes $61,558.90 as of September 28, 2011 .... on the Venice pad he bought back in 2004 for $922,000.
Calls to Dourdan's rep were not returned.
